Heartful Healing & Wellness was created with the intention of assisting the nurturing of souls on their healing journeys. Founded by Millie Clifton, this business offers 1:1 Reiki & Sound Experiences, Women's Connection Circles and Group Sound Experiences.
Millie Clifton is a certified Reiki practitioner currently studying Sound Healing who has a strong passion for using her healing training for facilitating women's connection circles.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing through which 'universal energy' is transferred through the practitioner to the patient to encourage holistic healing.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle and ancient Japanese healing practice that promotes relaxation and overall well-being. Through the laying on of hands or distant energy transfer, Reiki channels universal life force energy to balance the body, mind, and spirit. This non-invasive therapy aims to restore harmony, reduce stress, and support natural healing processes.
Circles
Women's circles are empowering spaces where women gather to support, uplift, and connect with one another. In these intimate gatherings, they share stories, wisdom, and struggles, fostering a sense of belonging and sisterhood. Through deep listening and communal sharing, women find strength, healing, and inspiration to embrace their authentic selves.
Sound
Sound therapy is a therapeutic practice that utilizes various sounds and vibrations to promote relaxation and healing. From singing bowls and chimes to soothing music and chants, these sounds can induce a meditative state, reduce stress, and alleviate physical and emotional imbalances, leading to a renewed sense of harmony and inner peace.
